MANITOWOC, Wis. — Silver Lake College of the Holy Family invites the public to a presentation titled, “From Chaos to Community: Engaging in Community Growth during a Time of Crisis” by acclaimed community development speaker Roberto Rivera. The event will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 22 from 6-8:30 p.m. in the Franciscan Center for Music Education and Performance at the College, 2406 S. Alverno Road.
