MANITOWOC, Wis. — The third annual Lakeshore Artists Guild exhibit will open on Nov. 6 and run through Dec. 17 in the Donald P. Taylor Gallery at Silver Lake College, 2406 S. Alverno Road. The exhibit is free and open to the public between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays.

“This is one of my favorite shows to install,” said Erin LaBonte, SLC’s associate professor of art and art department co-chair, and a member of the guild.

“There is a lot of variety in the works, which range from leather works to oil paintings to fiber art. The artists support one another and work to create a vibrant arts community within Manitowoc County,” she said.

The guild promotes excellence in the visual arts and works to advance the appreciation and dissemination of the fine arts in all forms. Erik James Leatherwerks resized.jpg
