MANITOWOC, Wis. — The public is invited to a Lunch N’ Learn focusing on professional development in leadership from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 2 in the Heritage Room at Silver Lake College of the Holy Family, 2406 S. Alverno Road.
The College is co-sponsoring the event with Young Professionals of Manitowoc County.
Dr. Jim Begotka, guest speaker, will present “Achieving a Sustainable Competitive Advantage through Talent and Culture.” He will talk about how to establish a sustainable competitive advantage by leveraging leaders, teams and the overall talent pool.
Dr. Begotka is program director of the Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development program and assistant professor of business at Silver Lake College of the Holy Family.
The presentation is free; lunch is optional at a cost of $7 and includes a choice of sub sandwich with chips, cookie and soda or water.

Directions: Enter through East Entrance (off of the lower parking lot near the Main Building) and walk through the art wing. Take the elevator (on the right) to the second floor. Take a right out of the elevator and continue forward to the Heritage Room, which will be on your left.
