SLC presents Faculty Colloquium on Oct. 26

MANITOWOC, Wis. – Silver Lake College will present a faculty colloquium from 3 to 4 p.m. on Oct. 26 in Room M325 in the nursing wing on campus, 2406 S. Alverno Road. The colloquium is free and open to the public.

Steve Kuehl, assistant mathematics professor and mathematics department chair, will present “WAR: What is it good for?” a statistical analysis of how this popular professional baseball sabermetric is calculated, what it represents and its pros/cons.
